This dress is beautiful and the customer service was great! I was asked to give measurements for my daughter and was told they would adjust the bust at no cost. I didn't realize that would change the look on the back of the dress. We loved the back of the dress the way it was online and absolutely do not like the corset/lace up back that we now have ..but we are stuck with it and it will have to do. Beautiful dress, great service, I just wish there had been more communication on the altering. We would have picked a different dress as this "back style" is not flattering on my daughter.
